We price all of our services at a flat rate - which means no "quarter-hour" charge for a phone call with you. This flat rate is based on our evaluation of the complexity of your case and your earning capacity and ability to pay attorney's fees.

We also allow some low-income clients the option of paying some of the attorney's fees upfront and the rest in monthly installments. This practice is rooted in our belief that fair, competent, and affordable representation should be available to all people, regardless of income bracket.
